Welcome! I’m Alexandra Bercea M.D RPC , an addictions counselor specializing in both substance use and behavioral addictions. With a doctorate in general medicine and master’s level training in psychology, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of addiction, particularly in the context of co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and schizophrenia.
My approach is rooted in the biopsychosocial model, which means I view addiction as a multifaceted condition influenced by biological, psychological, and social factors. This holistic perspective enables me to tailor my counseling to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, fostering a deeper understanding of the underlying issues contributing to addiction and other challenges.
In addition to my specialization in addiction, I have over ten years of experience counseling families and couples on a wide range of issues, including communication difficulties, relationship stress, and life transitions. My work is informed by cultural awareness, recognizing that each person’s experience is shaped by their background and environment.
Over the past five years, I have dedicated myself to creating effective treatment programs for mental health facilities and child and family services within the mental health department. If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction or other life challenges, I invite you to explore how my expertise can support your journey toward healing. Together, we can create a safe space to understand the challenges you face and develop strategies to overcome them, fostering resilience and connection within your family and community. Let’s take this step together toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Life comes with hardships, some harder to navigate than others. We can work together to accomplish your goals and get the support you need to get through life’s greatest struggles. I work primarily with individuals (12+) and couples. I have worked in mental health since 2016 and have worked as a therapist since 2022. My main specialties are ADHD and neurodivergent individuals, chronic Illness/pain, LGBTQIA2S+, relationship difficulties, sex/intimacy, and trauma/PTSD. However, I have many clients working through anxiety, depression, mood disorders and, self-esteem. You no longer need to feel alone in what you are going through.
I offer an integrative approach to therapy that is tailored specifically to your needs and preferences. I use mainly Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Focused.
I have been exactly where you are, looking for support that would help me learn new ways of managing new life circumstances and healthy coping strategies. My main goal as a therapist is to make sure that people not only get the support they deserve but also the support they need to get through challenges that even those closest to us cannot always help with.

Welcome here! I’m Jessica Hill (or just Jess is fine), a marriage and family therapist specializing in attachment. As an MMFT (Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy), all of my training is relational. This means that I see folks who choose to work with me through the greater lens of their relationships (both in the past and present). I have experience in treating relational trauma (like complex grief or historical abuse), working with blended families, and helping folks in all forms of adult relationships understand each other a little better.
The type of therapy I do is emotionally-focused, which means that I see emotions as a universal language that we can use to help us repair missing links in patterns of communication. This often looks like facilitating conversations between you and your loved ones in sessions which demonstrate new ways of connecting in real-time. With individuals, this therapy looks like identifying your unacknowledged feelings to open us up to new ways of thinking and moving through the world. While Emotionally Focused Therapy is my main modality, I also draw from CBT, DBT, IFS and Narrative interventions when they suit us.
I try my best to be accessible, authentic and warm. I hope to genuinely connect with you by remaining emotionally available throughout our sessions and by using words, examples and concepts informed by experiences you’ve shared with me, as opposed to my therapy textbooks. I hope our therapy sessions feel safe, comfortable and judgement-free. I look forward to being in your corner and getting to know you.

Hi, my name is Bruce Jensen, and I am a dedicated family man, who is committed to helping people, families, and communities heal and foster compassionate, heart-centred relationships.
I am Canadian Certified Counsellor, holding a master’s degree in Counselling-Psychology and an Undergraduate degree in Addiction Counselling. What drew me towards the path of helping and serving others was my own healing journey, and a great desire to help out not only myself, but those around me as well.
My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and non-judgmental, with a focus on creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I emphasize building strong therapeutic relationships and employ evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), along with integrative techniques from Gestalt, Jungian, Narrative, and Transpersonal approaches. This allows me to tailor personalized treatment plans that meet each client’s unique needs.
I have experience helping adolescents, adults, couples, and groups, navigate issues like mood disorders, grief, relationship challenges, and traumas.
Additionally, I am able to help people addressing addictions (behavioural, process, & identity), attachment styles (particularly anxious and disorganized), and spiritual concerns, including cult recovery and non-ordinary experiences. Additionally, I have training in Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, focusing on preparation and integration, to help people embody insights into their daily lives.
